Biography

Mission Statement– Your vision & purpose

My mission is simple yet powerful: to transform knowledge into change. But this mission didn’t come from textbooks or easy success — it was born from my own journey.

Losing my father at just five days old and being raised by a single mother meant my childhood was filled with challenges. As a girl, I faced restrictions, criticism, and resistance. Education was something I had to fight for — often begging for opportunities, often studying against impossible odds. With no mentor to guide me, I became my own teacher.

Those hardships became the foundation of my vision. They taught me that science must not remain in journals or classrooms — it must reach people in ways that change lives.

My Driving Inspiration – Creating Impact at Every Level

Why I Started Pepyogi

Early Life Story – Resilience

The Chessboard of Life

From a young age, I was drawn to the game of chess. What began as a simple pastime soon became a powerful teacher. Chess taught me to think several moves ahead, to anticipate challenges, and to stay patient even when the board looked impossible to win.

That mindset has shaped the way I approach my work today. Whether it’s conducting research, building a venture, or mentoring students, I apply the same principles: strategic thinking, resilience under pressure, and the ability to see the bigger picture.

Much like in chess, every setback in life became a lesson — not an ending, but an opportunity to reset, reframe, and move forward with a stronger strategy.

My life began with loss — my father passed away when I was just five days old. I was raised by a single mother, and from the earliest days, life demanded strength, resilience, and persistence.

Growing up as a girl in a challenging environment, I faced hardships, criticism, and even cruelty from relatives and the community. Education was never handed to me — I had to fight, plead, and persevere to study, often against all odds. Every step forward came with obstacles, but those struggles shaped me.

What you see of me today — as a researcher, entrepreneur, and mentor — is not just the result of achievements. It is the outcome of constant self-sculpting, built on disappointments, struggles, and countless lessons learned the hardest way.

The inspiration for Pepyogi came from a simple but powerful realization: while research and knowledge are abundant, authentic, evidence-based health information rarely reaches the public in ways they can use.

Too often, misinformation overshadows science. Families struggle to make the right health choices, students are left confused by trends, and communities miss out on the benefits that knowledge can truly bring.

Pepyogi was born to bridge that gap — to take complex science and translate it into simple, practical, and trustworthy insights. Through videos, community programs, and collaborations, Pepyogi is my way of giving back: making health awareness accessible, affordable, and actionable for all.

My personal struggles have become the fuel that drives me forward. Every hardship, every disappointment, and every challenge I overcame has strengthened my resolve to ensure that others don’t have to walk their journeys alone.

I believe that if I could build my path through self-learning and resilience, then I can make the road smoother for the next person — whether it’s a student searching for guidance, an entrepreneur building a dream, or a community striving for change.

Impact

For me, true success is measured not by titles or ventures alone, but by the difference created in people’s lives. My journey and work aim to bring transformation across every level of society:

  • At the individual level, my work inspires students, researchers, and young professionals to believe in themselves, embrace self-learning, and push through challenges.
  • Within families, the knowledge I share through Pepyogi and my ventures helps people make informed choices about nutrition, health, and wellbeing.
  • Across communities, initiatives with farmers, women entrepreneurs, and students bring empowerment, awareness, and opportunities that go beyond education — they create dignity and independence.
  • At a societal level, my ventures and collaborations with organizations like TAHDCO, NGOs, and AHFND work to influence systems, industries, and policies so that access to health and knowledge becomes a right, not a privilege.

Every small step — every project, every mentorship, every initiative — is a building block toward larger change. From individuals to society as a whole, impact multiplies when knowledge is shared and acted upon.
